Wendy is a Partner Principal in the Corporate and Commercial Group. She worked in private practice in Ripley following qualification and became a Partner in her former firm in 1997. Wendy joined ABG in 2009.

Wendy has extensive experience of Company and Commercial matters including company formations and administrations; partnership agreements; share sale agreements; restructuring and reorganizations; commercial agreements; mergers and joint ventures and the sale and purchase of businesses as diverse as pubs to pea factories. Wendy also has experience in linked commercial property transactions and has advised on SIPP schemes.

Outside the office, Wendy enjoys the outdoors and goes walking in the Derbyshire Peak District as often as possible. She also enjoys swimming and dancing to “Northern Soul” music which keeps her fit.
