Richard trained with Coopers & Lybrand as an accountant and has specialised in trust and taxation work since 1987.

Richard is a consultant in Private Client Services, where he has extensive experience advising on all aspects of the management of trusts. This includes assisting the firm's trustee clients with day-to-day administration and the preparation of annual trust accounts, tax planning and compliance. He also provides personal tax advice for the firm's high net worth clients.

Outside of work he is a sports nut, his main interests comprise baseball (he is an avid Boston Red Sox fan) cricket and greyhound racing.
