Andrew works in the Company and Commercial Group. He was trained at the firm and has remained here since qualification.

Andrew advises on all kinds of corporate acquisitions, disposals, mergers, de-mergers and re-organisations and specialises in advising family businesses. He is also experienced in the full range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, outsourcing, distribution, agency and know-how agreements.

Outside the office, Andrew completed a RYA level 2 sailing course at Rutland Water. He took up fencing 2½ years ago and enjoyed it so much that he has set up his own club in Newark. When he gets the chance Andrew travels back North to watch Bolton Wanderers and takes every opportunity to travel.
