Tim heads the firm’s Company and Commercial Group. He was trained at the firm and has remained here since qualification.

Tim has spent over 20 years advising on all kinds of corporate acquisitions, disposals, mergers, de-mergers and re-organisations and specialises in advising family businesses. He is also experienced in the full range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, outsourcing, distribution, agency and know-how agreements.

Tim is a member of the Nottinghamshire Law Society Council and has edited its Bulletin for over 10 years.

A School Governor and a lifelong classic car enthusiast, Tim is also a keen skier and coaches rugby for the Kesteven Under 15’s at Grantham.
