Kathryn is a Partner Principal in the firm’s Employment Group. She was trained at the firm and has remained here since qualification.

Kathryn has experience in advising on most areas of employment law, ranging from day to day matters to exit strategies, data protection and TUPE, redundancy and corporate restructuring programmes and enforcing restrictive covenants in High Court Injunction actions. Kathryn is also experienced in handling and appearing in Employment Tribunal Claims.

Kathryn is actively involved in the Junior Lawyer’s Division of The Law Society at both national and local level and is now the past Chair of the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division.

A member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association, a German, French and Spanish speaker, Kathryn is also actively involved as a committee member of Contact, a group which creates networking opportunities for young professionals in Nottinghamshire.

Outside of work, Kathryn counters her love of food and cooking with a combination of running, salsa dancing and boxercise! Kathryn also enjoys painting and visiting art galleries (preferably around the world!).
