Overview
Wendy is a Partner Principal in the Commercial Client Services Group. She has worked in private practice following qualification and became a Partner in her former firm in 1997.
Wendy has extensive experience of Company and Commercial matters including company formations and administrations; partnership agreements; share sale agreements; restructuring and reorganizations; commercial agreements; mergers and joint ventures and the sale and purchase of businesses as diverse as pubs to pea factories. Wendy also has experience in linked commercial property transactions and has advised on SIPP schemes.
Highlights
Recent matters of note include advising on a share sale of an Independent Financial Advisor business; advising a company on the buy back of its own shares and advising SIPP’s on the acquisition of investment properties.

Outside of Work
Outside the office, Wendy enjoys the outdoors and goes walking in the Derbyshire Peak District as often as possible. She also enjoys swimming and dancing to “Northern Soul” music which keeps her fit.
