ABG expands Corporate and Commercial and Dispute Resolution Groups

The corporate and commercial group at ABG has been bolstered with the recent appointment of a new partner principal, Wendy Shaw, formerly a partner with Hardy Miles Titterton in Ripley, Derbyshire. Wendy will add her extensive experience of company and commercial law linked with property transactions to the existing team.

At ABG we have also expanded our dispute resolution group with the appointment of litigator, Tom Romecin. Tom specialises in a broad spectrum of contractual disputes including finance, supply and trade agreements and will be a valuable addition to this very busy department.
