In November 2008, ABG were co-sponsors of the annual Nottingham Hot Property event held at “Jumpin Jaks” on Burton Street in Nottingham.

Nottingham Hot Property is a non-profit making organisation that raises money in support of Nottingham based children's charities. The evening was a great success and raised over £26,000 which was donated jointly between the Child Development Centre at the City Hospital and The Paediatric Oncology Wards E38 and E39 at The Queen's Medical Centre.

The evening's success was dependent on the dedication, enthusiasm and support of the volunteer vocalists and band members who devoted an enormous amount of their personal time in rehearsing and producing the songs. These volunteers are all local professionals involved in the property sector including surveyors, architects, solicitors, engineers and property developers.

Siobhan Goodacre, Head of ABG's Property Group was one of the organisers and talented vocalists and is seen here performing B–A–B–Y by Carla Thomas.
